Are utilities includes in the rent?

​Residents are responsible to pay their own utilities. This includes electricity, water, sewer, gas and trash. Our on-site team is always happy to provide average costs based on the size of apartment home you are looking for.

Do you have flexible lease terms?

​Yes! We offer lease terms from 6-24 months. We have individual pricing for each apartment and lease term. This pricing varies depending on the apartment home and lease length you choose. Please contact us for specific pricing information.

Can I schedule an appointment to tour the community?

​Yes! We would love to have you visit our community. We are currently open by appointment only so please call to schedule your appointment ahead of time.

What are you requirements for applying?

When applying with us, each adult 18 years and older that will be living in the apartment is required to complete an application. We do a full credit and background check. ​There is no specific credit score number required but we pay attention to the factors that make up your credit. We check the last 2 years of rental history and current annual income. Income requirement is 3 times the rent per year. We look forward to receiving your application!

What is the application process like?

We work to provide a smooth application process. We review applications in accordance with all applicable Fair Housing Laws. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and provide proof of income (three times the monthly market rent). We do have a verification process for previous residency, criminal background checks, and credit checks. For your convenience, we offer online applications. 

What kind of parking do you offer?

​We offer outdoor, open parking at no additional cost. We also offer unattached garages at an additional monthly cost.

Do you offer Washer/Dryers in any of the apartments?

​Yes! We do have select 2 bedroom floorplans that have a washer and dryer. If your apartment doesn’t feature a washer and dryer, our laundry rooms are card operated and located on the 2nd floor of every building.

Do you have package lockers/how do I get my packages?

Yes, we have Amazon Hub lockers located in the Clubhouse. You'll need to register and then you will receive a text message when couriers deliver packages into the hub.

Are BBQ grills available? What kind of grills do you have?

Yes, we have charcoal and gas grills on site.

Do you offer valet trash and/or recycling service?

No, we do not.

Are there any amenities?

Social Room, Sauna, Amazon Hub Package Room, Game Room, Indoor Swimming Pool and Hot Tub, Outdoor Swimming Pool, Basketball Court, Business Center and Wifi, Fitness Center with Cybex Fitness Equipment, Playground, Tennis Court and Volleyball Court.

Do you allow pets?

​Yes! Our community is pet friendly and we would love for you to bring your furry best friend! View our pet policy information on the amenities tab.

What is the smoking policy?

We are not designated as a non-smoking community; however, we strongly encourage smoking outside. It is the responsibility of our residents to ensure their lifestyle doesn't disturb the rights of others. We do provide smoke-free areas including, but not limited to shared/common spaces like the clubhouse, pool, hallways, laundry room, and other spaces.
