|Recommended: YesVery good — Community is good. Club house and leasing office staff is friendly and helpful. Club house is clean every time. Seasonal activities are awesome. Safe place. I suggest friends to join in this apartments.
Minor suggestions. No lights on pathways, its scary during night times. If we have cameras at entry and exit gates it would be more safe.
|Recommended: YesRocky Start- Strong Finish — Let's start this off with I had a lot of issues at the start of my lease. With this being said, if you can tough that part out these units are really great and at a reasonable price for the area. The reps in the club house are completely amazing. I have never had an issue with parking either which is a huge plus for me. One thing to mention is anytime it rains the sidewalk park lots flood really badly.
However, when I had to move due to an immediate job transfer, Amber was extremely amazing and helpful. I had a letter from my work but I didn't realize HR needed to sign it. My office is closed from Friday before Christmas to Thursday after New Years. They accepted my unsigned letter so I could lock in a 30 day notice until my office was back open. It really made the world of difference and really took stress out of my move.
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment Complex — The IVL community has a great neighbourhood. The apartments are really good. Nice build. good heating and cooling features. The maintenance and are staff team is really nice and friendly. The neighbourhood is clean and well maintained. The club house is also great with good gym and games facilities.

|Recommended: YesRoutine Maintenance — Management should do something for ventilation in common area Corridors etc, it smells badly. we should spray room deodorant etc on regular fashion.

|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live — I've lived at International Village for 7 months now and have had no major issues. I like living here. Staff is very professional and helpful. Parking can be a pain sometimes but they do have garages available which I have taken full advantage of. The units themselves are clean and spacious with brand new windows. I would definitely recommend anyone to move here.
